A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve studio time. This deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the time and materials used.
There is a $50.00 charge for cancelling a session without 48 hours notice.
Any outstanding balance for time, materials, rentals, cassettes, digital media, etc. must be paid at the conclusion of the session in which they are used.
No materials (digital media, cassettes, DATS, etc.) can be released until the client’s account is paid in full.
In the event of equipment failure or unavoidable shutdown, Secret Sound will gladly reschedule the time lost.
Secret Sound takes no responsibility for materials left on the premises. All supplies, including digital media, are stored at the client’s own risk. While we will gladly store your media and have ample space, Secret Sound encourages all clients to consider storing their own media and making backups of all masters.
Secret Sound requests that clients refrain from using profanity.
Illegal drugs are not permitted on the premises—John’s kids do deal Coke to Secret Sound clients, but it comes in 12 oz. cans, chilled.
